Wellness Spas were designed from the ground up with the help of the Arthritis Research Centre of Canada. Exercise bands on the Wellness I and II attach easily and provide several levels of resistance. The clip-on oars help you build strength and aerobic capacity, and expand your range of motion. And to benefit from what many regard as the best all-around exercise, the Wellness II Swim Spa lets you swim continuously against the full frontal force of six powerful swim jets. Thanks to the extra water depth in both the Wellness I and II, you’ll be almost completely immersed while you’re exercising or enjoying your hydrotherapy massage. And the ergonomically designed position of the jets means you get maximum therapeutic benefit for your sore arms, legs, back, neck and feet
